Cancellation Policy

We sincerely hope you won’t have to cancel, but if you do, we’ll understand. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control.

Having said that, we sincerely hope if you cancel, you will reschedule again in the future! We look forward to meeting you and accommodating you to the best of our ability.

If you need to cancel, please read the following information closely.

Campers who make reservations and cancel their stay will be cheerfully refunded a percentage of their camping fees, prorated to the time the cancellation was made.

Cancellations with proof of family emergency will be fully refunded, with exception of the admin and reservation fee.

Cancellation Charges

All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administration fee, please note, reservation fees are always non-refundable.

High season (July & August):

Up to 1 month before arrival: Full refund
1 month to 2 weeks: 1 overnight fee
2 weeks to 1 week: 1 overnight fee + 10% of remaining nights
Less than 1 week: No refund

Long Weekends

Up to 1 month before arrival: Full refund
1 month to 2 weeks: 1 overnight fee
2 weeks to 1 week: 1 overnight fee + 20% of remaining nights
Less than 1 week: No refund

Low Season (May–June, Sept–Oct)

Less than 1 week before arrival: 1 overnight fee

Cottage Cancellations

Up to 1 month before arrival: Full refund less $250 deposit
Less than 1 month before arrival: No refund

Emergency Cancellations

Cancellations due to family emergency (with proof) may receive a full refund, excluding administrative and reservation fees.
